6264 Sir Charles Nicholson Papers, 1865.

Two original indenture/conveyance documents. The first signed by Sir Charles Nicholson to George Pearce Serocold recording the transfer for 5,000 pounds of 41 parcels of land in the Parishes of Archer, Murchison, Nicholson, Neerkol and Rockhampton, 3 March 1865. The second related indenture signed by Sir Charles Nicholson to W[illia]m S[everin] Salting and others, recording dealings by Nicholson in regard to the same 41 parcels of land referred to in the previous document, dated 7th August 1865.
